We are seeking a customer-focused insurance professional with a proven background in marketing and remarketing commercial accounts, maintaining clear and consistent communication with underwriters, and building strong, professional relationships with both clients and carriers.

The ideal candidate is proactive in managing the renewal process, ensuring seamless policy transitions and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction. You will be experienced in developing tailored insurance presentations and, when necessary, meeting clients on-site to gain an in-depth understanding of their operations—enabling the delivery of customized coverage solutions.

Requirements:

  • Currently based in Ontario
  • Legally authorized to work in Canada
  • RIBO licensed
  • Min 2 years experience in Commercial Lines in an Insurance Brokerage in Ontario
  • Willing to work from office 5 days a week
  • Well versed with Insurance company portal and Power Broker/ EPIC
