About Injex

Injex Beauty Clinics is a leading aesthetic clinic with locations in Yorkville and Oakville, known for our natural results, modern approach, and boutique experience. We specialize in injectable treatments — from wrinkle reduction and dermal fillers to fat dissolving — and are expanding rapidly through a growing client base.

We're looking for a driven, personable, and organized Patient Coordinator / Lead Manager to join our team full-time. This is a client-facing position focused on turning leads into bookings and keeping our calendar full.

What You'll Do

  • Follow up with new leads quickly and professionally — via phone, text, and email.
  • Call back existing and past clients to fill open spots and encourage rebooking.
  • Keep track of all lead activity and appointments in our booking system (Jane).
  • Confirm appointments and help manage the daily clinic schedule.
  • Communicate with injectors and the clinic owner to ensure smooth flow and client experience.
  • Maintain a friendly, knowledgeable presence for anyone contacting Injex.

What We're Looking For

  • Excellent phone manner and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfort with CRM or booking software (Jane experience a plus).
  • Confident, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
  • Previous experience in medical aesthetics, beauty, or customer service is an asset — but not required if you're the right fit.

Compensation

  • $18-20/hour base pay
  • $10–$15 bonus per booked consultation
