Lead the Drive at Lakewood Chevrolet's All-New Quick Lube Centre

Lakewood Chevrolet is on the move — and we're preparing to launch our brand-new, state-of-the-art dealership in Spring 2026 As part of this exciting expansion, we're searching now for an experienced Quick Lube Manager to help us build and lead our brand-new Quick Lube Centre from the ground up.

This is your chance to shape a department before the doors even open. We're looking for a proactive leader who wants to be part of the planning, preparation, and early development that will set the foundation for long-term success.

What You'll Do:

  • Oversee daily Quick Lube operations to ensure smooth, efficient service
  • Lead, train, and motivate your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Manage workflow, productivity, and quality control
  • Handle scheduling, inventory, and reporting
  • Collaborate with Service leadership on goals, processes, and continuous improvement

What You Bring:

  • Proven experience in a Quick Lube, Service Advisor, or Service Management role
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities
  • A passion for coaching and developing a team
  • Commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Technical or mechanical experience is a strong asset, helping you guide your team and support accurate service recommendations
