This industry leading organization is mature in Workday but constantly investing in the system and always looking to leverage the latest and greatest Workday has to offer. This is a very talented HRIS team that recently won awards at Workday Rising 2025. They own the Workday platform and keep all Workday support internal except the most complex Studio requirements.

In this role you'll support core Workday modules - spanning Recruitment, Learning, Talent, and Performance - driving enhancements, resolving complex issues, and shaping system capabilities. You'll partner closely with stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions, optimize user experience, and support critical releases across a growing HR tech landscape.

This is a hybrid role so candidates must be based in or around Toronto with the ability to work from the office in Downtown Toronto on a hybrid basis.

Role - Senior Workday Analyst, HR Technology

Type - permanent, full time

Employer - leading financial organization

Salary - $90,000 to $105, % bonus

Working model - 3 days hybrid in Downtown, Toronto

Location - Toronto or GTA area

Workday environment - mature but always evolving and leveraging Workday's latest and greatest features

Focus modules - Talent & Performance, Recruiting, Learning

Responsibilities - engage stakeholders, provide support and optimization across your focus modules including hands-on business process configuration, yearly releases, implement new functionality, tickets etc

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:

3+ years of hands-on Workday configuration experience including business processes

Expertise in 2+ modules: Recruiting, Talent, Performance, Learning

Proven ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders and communicate technical concepts clearly

Ability to work in hybrid model - 3 days in Downtown, Toronto
