We take care of the marketing, lead generation, scheduling, and billing — so you can focus on what you do best: quality service and happy customers.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair major home appliances: washers, dryers, dishwashers, ovens, stoves, refrigerators, and freezers.
- Perform appliance installations and maintenance when required.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients about issues, repair options, and preventive care.
- Maintain organized job notes, photos, and updates through our service platform (Housecall Pro).
- Provide your own tools, reliable vehicle, and valid liability insurance.
- Deliver consistent, professional workmanship that represents FixRight and GreatNorth standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in appliance repair (independent or employed).
- Strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting abilities.
- Ability to service most major residential brands.
- Must have: tools, reliable vehicle, and smartphone.
- Certificate of Qualification (AST) or equivalent experience preferred.
- Professional appearance, punctuality, and customer-first mindset.
