What you will do as the Line Lead:

Ensure Health & Safety in the workplaceAdherence to Quality standardsResponsible for reporting and addressing food safety issuesDesign and lead continuous improvement initiativesManage employee relations; both recognition and progressive disciplineEnsure employee training goals and programs are maintained and skill matrix is currentMonitor and manage all maintenance, safety and sanitation programs for compliance and frequencyMentor, coach, and successfully lead hourly associates to improve skills and performanceReports to: Plant ManagerOther duties as assigned

Requirements/Qualifications:

Completion of post-secondary education in manufacturing/production management or a related field of study; and/or equivalent related work experience.Excellent oral and written communication skills combined with strong organizational skillsProven track record of leadership and motivational abilitiesPrevious supervisory/leadership experienceFood experience preferredFirst Aid certification preferredComputer literate and mechanically inclined
