In this entry-level sales role, you are a salaried/commissioned employee of this exciting and growing company and have the opportunity to impact and influence its continued success.

Responsible for achieving sales targets for new and existing business, much of your time will be spent on business development. In addition to marketing Rival's full line of products and services, you will be responsible for establishing and developing customer relationships at senior levels.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify leads, manage leads and acquire new business
  • Serve existing customers
  • Effectively demonstrate the product line
  • Achieve established goals for territory development and sales quotas
  • 10-15 Cold Calls per Day
  • Daily update of the CRM Tool (Compass) with activities and ensuring the systems accuracy in regards to your accounts.
  • Participate in Weekly forecast reviews with Sales Manager
  • Ability to be in Office by 8:30am and ready to enter Territory by 9:30am
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes

Who You Are:

  • A motivated sales professional with a passion for building relationships, driving new business and closing deals
  • Organized, proactive, and committed to delivering results
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills

Qualifications:

  • Experience in developing and executing territory sales strategies
  • Strong presentation, negotiation and closing skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently to meet or exceed goals
  • must have a reliable vehicle
