**The Position**

The Client Relations & Event Coordinator will be responsible for spearheading the development and execution of comprehensive marketing communication plans to elevate the visibility of the brand, products, and services of Bachly Construction. Key responsibilities include curating content for diverse social media platforms, advertisements, and press releases, coupled with meticulous copyediting and proofreading. This dynamic role involves content creation, social media management and event coordination. Reporting to the V.P of Marketing & Business Development, this position requires regular travel for conferences, client meetings, and sporting events.

- secondary diploma/degree in Marketing or Communications, 3-5 years of proven experience, and a passion for impactful storytelling.

Schedule: FT- Perm, Monday-Friday from 8:00am-4:00pm

Location: Bachly Construction Head Office, 27 Nixon Road, Bolton ON.

*Please note that regular travel (2-3 days per week) is required for this position.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing communication plans to promote our brand, products, and services
- Create content for various social media platforms (including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter), newsletters, print and online advertisements, and press releases
- Copyedit, proofread and revise communications
- Utilize marketing analytics to measure and track key performance indicators, user behaviour, and campaign effectiveness to make data-driven decisions
- Create and manage Company Calendar including promotions, deadlines, events, etc.
- Monitor the company’s Google reviews, conduct research, and ensure compelling and effective responses in collaboration with the Marketing Team
- Plan and coordinate company participation in trade shows, conferences, open houses, and exhibitions proactively
- Develop strategies to successfully portray brand visibility and impact while attending events, conferences, and visiting client offices
- Collaborate with the Insurance Division and Management to ensure that event goals align with business objectives
- Coordinate with vendors for booth design as well as promotional materials for upcoming campaigns or events
- Review and analyze contracts, prepare presentations for client proposals with the V.P of Marketing & Business Development
- Ad-hoc projects as assigned by the V. P of Marketing & Business Development

**Qualifications**:

- Strong writing and editing skills, with attention to detail
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience with social media management and digital marketing
- Proficiency with Wordpress is strongly preferred
- Familiarity with branding principles and design aesthetics
- Passion for fostering a positive organizational culture

**Requirements**:

- Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 3-5 years experience, preferably within the Insurance industry
- Proven experience in marketing communications, with a focus on content creation
- Comfortable with travel throughout the GTA; a valid driver’s license and a clean drivers abstract are essential
