The Role
We are seeking a
Director of Human Resources
—a hands-on, business-oriented HR leader who operates as a strategic partner to the executive team. This role is responsible for driving organizational effectiveness, change management, and people strategy aligned to business outcomes.
This is
not a purely administrative HR role
. The Director of HR will lead transformation initiatives, design scalable organizational structures, and support leadership decision-making with data-driven insights.
This role is
fully onsite, five days per week
, reflecting the leadership presence, collaboration, and accountability required.

Key Responsibilities
Business-First HR Leadership
• Act as a strategic advisor to executive leadership on organizational design, talent strategy, and workforce planning
• Align people strategy with business objectives, growth plans, and operational needs
• Lead HR initiatives that directly support performance, accountability, and execution
Organizational Design & Transformation
• Design and evolve organizational structures to support rapid growth across
multiple countries
• Lead change management initiatives associated with scaling, restructuring, and business transformation
• Ensure clarity in roles, responsibilities, reporting lines, and decision rights
Executive & Board Engagement
• Prepare and deliver
board-level reporting
related to people metrics, organizational health, and workforce strategy
• Support executive planning, leadership development, and succession planning
• Provide data-driven insights on talent, performance, and organizational risk
Hands-On HR Leadership
• Oversee core HR functions including talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, employee relations, and compliance
• Build and scale HR processes, policies, and systems appropriate for a growing, international organization
• Lead by example as a visible, trusted, and hands-on leader within the business

What We're Looking For
Experience
•
Mandatory, verifiable North American HR leadership experience
in a
mid-sized organization
• Demonstrated experience leading
change management and business transformation initiatives
• Direct exposure to
organizational design across multiple countries
• Experience supporting
board-level reporting and executive decision-making
• Background in SaaS, technology, healthcare, or professional services strongly preferred
Education
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related discipline required
• Master's-level education (MBA, HR, or equivalent) strongly preferred
