You will:Load and unload trailers as assigned by the Distribution Supervisor or Warehouse ManagerSort and scan freight accuratelyVerify product codes and IDs, ensuring correct labeling and rotation of productPick orders as assigned while maintaining proper product rotationPerform daily pre-shift inspections of forklift and pallet truck equipment, reporting any hazards immediatelyCommunicate shipment discrepancies or errors promptly to supervisors or managersFollow all safety, food safety, and sanitation procedures while ensuring PPE is always wornSupport production and warehouse teams as needed with miscellaneous tasksWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FORHigh School Diploma (required)Previous forklift and pallet truck experience with current certification (required)Ability to lift up to 40 lbsExperience in the food industry (asset)Strong attention to detail and commitment to safetyTeam player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environmentWORKING CONDITIONSThis role is performed in a production and warehouse environment with a continental day shift schedule.
