We are looking for an experienced and motivated Assistant General Manager to join our team and lead our service staff to success.

Job Summary:

The AGM is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring high-quality guest experiences, and leading a dynamic team of servers, bartenders, and hosts. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, possesses strong leadership skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise FOH staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
  • Ensure top-tier customer service, promptly addressing any guest concerns or complaints.
  • Maintain a positive and motivated team culture, promoting professionalism and teamwork.
  • Oversee daily floor operations, ensuring smooth service and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless coordination between FOH and BOH.
  • Monitor and manage inventory, including bar stock and supplies.
  • Enforce health, safety, and sanitation regulations in compliance with local laws.
  • Implement and uphold company policies and service standards.
  • Assist with event planning, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
  • Handle cash management, POS system operations, and financial reporting as needed.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage service, with a passion for craft beer.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Experience with scheduling, inventory management, and POS systems is a plus.
  • Smart Serve certification required.
