We’re now looking for a dynamic **Assistant General Manager (AGM)** to join our leadership team.
**About the Role**
As AGM, you’ll support the General Manager in leading day-to-day operations, delivering exceptional guest service, and motivating a high-performing team. You’ll also take a hands-on role in the behind-the-scenes admin that keeps us running smoothly.
**What You’ll Do**
- Lead and inspire service teams during daily operations
- Maintain a guest-first environment that drives repeat visits and word-of-mouth buzz
- Assist with **hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling**, and **end-of-day reports**:
- Oversee **inventory control, ordering, and cost management**:
- Uphold high standards of service, cleanliness, and food safety
- Act as MOD and resolve guest issues promptly and professionally
- Support the GM on marketing initiatives and special events
**What You Bring**
- 2+ years in a leadership role in a full-service restaurant
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- A hands-on, lead-by-example style
- SmartServe certified and knowledgeable in food safety regulations
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
- Flexible availability — evenings, weekends, and holidays are part of the experience
