We're looking for a Client Care Manager / Assistant General Manager who shares that same passion for people. What You'll Do
In this dynamic, community-based leadership role, you'll:
- Build relationships that matter listen to clients and families, provide personalized care solutions, and ensure every interaction reflects our values.
- Conduct in-home care consultations and quality assurance visits, adapting care plans as needs evolve.
- Support and guide our CAREGivers, ensuring smooth introductions, ongoing communication, and a strong sense of teamwork.
- Resolve client concerns with empathy, professionalism, and follow-through.
- Be a trusted community partner, building relationships with referral sources like retirement homes, LTC facilities, hospitals, and hospices.
- Champion our brand by educating the community on the value of our services.
- Collaborate with leadership and peers, contributing ideas, insights, and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Recognize and celebrate CAREGiver contributions, helping to create a culture of appreciation.
- Grow our Wellington Region through thoughtful client engagement and a people-first approach to business development.
- Maintain quality and compliance standards, ensuring excellence in every aspect of care delivery.
What You'll Bring
- A genuine passion for improving the lives of seniors and their families.
- Experience in healthcare, home care, senior services, or hospitality. (RPN or RN designation preferred)
- Proven success in sales, client care, or business development with measurable results.
- Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent organizational and decision-making abilities — able to manage multiple priorities with care.
- A growth mindset balancing compassion with business goals.
- A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle (travel required; mileage reimbursed).
Role Details
- Full-time: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm (with occasional evenings or Saturdays to meet client needs).
- Reports to: General Manager.
- Location: Community-based position covering Wellington Region (Orangeville to Cambridge).
- Compensation: Competitive salary, mileage reimbursement, and opportunities for growth.
