Core responsibilities

  • Lead generation: Use market research, prospecting, and networking to identify potential clinics to purchase and join our network
  • Relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, which can include dentists, clinics, and other decision-makers.
  • Sales and negotiation: Develop and present compelling proposals, conduct sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and close complex deals.
  • Market analysis: Research market trends, identify new business opportunities, and understand the competitive landscape.
  • Collaboration: Work with other teams, such as senior leadership, to develop and implement strategies that generate interest and leads.
  • Brand ambassadorship: Represent the company and build a positive professional image within the dental community.

Required skills and experience

  • Sales and business development: Proven experience in a sales or business development role, with a strong preference for experience within the dental industry (e.g., selling equipment, software, or services).
  • Communication and negotiation: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Business acumen: A solid understanding of business principles, financial acumen, and how to effectively showcase a product's or service's benefits.
  • Technical skills: Familiarity with online marketing concepts (SEO, SEM), CRM software like HubSpot, and other technology relevant to selling online services.
  • Interpersonal skills: Ability to build rapport and manage relationships with diverse groups of people.
  • Self-motivation: The ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Travel: Travel is often required to meet with clients, attend industry events, and visit dental practices.
  • Compensation: Compensation will be a base salary plus commissions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
