Position Summary As Warehouse Manager, you will lead our Surrey warehouse operation to the next level of performance and scalability. You'll oversee all aspects of warehousing — including receiving, storage, inventory management, fulfillment, transloading, and health & safety — supported by Extensiv WMS. You'll be responsible for continuous improvement, staff development, and maintaining the highest standards of accuracy, efficiency, and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities Lead all day-to-day operations within our 40,000 sq ft 3PL warehouse facility. Manage and mentor the warehouse team, fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Oversee inbound/outbound operations, inventory management, and order accuracy using Extensiv WMS. Drive operational efficiency through process optimization and performance tracking. Maintain compliance with all company policies and safety standards; oversee health & safety programs. Manage resource planning, labor allocation, and scheduling to meet customer demand. Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to support customer success and operational alignment. Handle escalations and maintain strong customer and vendor relationships when required. Identify and implement opportunities for automation, space utilization, and workflow improvement. Champion company values and ensure the warehouse delivers on our promise of Certainty Delivered.
  Required Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse management within a 3PL or logistics environment. Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop teams. Strong understanding of warehouse operations, safety regulations, and process optimization. Experience with warehouse management systems — preferably Extensiv. Demonstrated success in driving efficiency, improving KPIs, and scaling operations. Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Customer-centric mindset with a focus on service quality and operational excellence. Forklift certification and working knowledge of material handling equipment.
