Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate is a skilled cook with a strong understanding of kitchen operations, a positive attitude, and a passion for working with fresh, seasonal ingredients. You'll work closely with our Sous Chef and Executive Chef to execute menu items to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and execute dishes according to restaurant recipes and standards
- Shows dedication, reliability, and demonstrates a passion for the role
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient station at all times
- Support other kitchen sections as needed and ensure smooth service flow
- Uphold food safety, hygiene, and sanitation practices in accordance with regulations
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience as a Chef de Partie or strong experience as a Demi Chef / Line Cook in a quality kitchen
- Solid knowledge of cooking techniques, knife skills, and kitchen organization
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, environment
- Passion for food, creativity, and continuous learning
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $19.00-$24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
Experience:
- Cook/ Line cook / chef de partie: 2 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Food Handler Certification (preferred)
