Vos rôles et responsabilités consisteront notamment à:

  • Favoriser une culture d'amélioration continue en menant des améliorations de processus de plus grande envergure pour atteindre des objectifs mesurables précis.

  • S'assurer que la formation requise est suivie et consignée dans les dossiers de formation.
  • S'assurer que tous les aspects de l'entretien de l'équipement respectent les normes de salubrité des aliments.
  • Respecter notre plan d'analyse des risques et de maîtrise des points critiques (HACCP) et les exigences de la certification SQF de niveau 2.
  • Établir et maintenir un environnement positif et coopératif pour les employés grâce à des communications efficaces entre les équipes de travail, les quarts de travail et d'autres secteurs fonctionnels.

Exigences et Profil recherché :

  • Baccalauréat en Génie ou Diplôme d'Études Collégial (DEC) dans un domaine technique.
  • Au moins 3-5 ans d'expérience en gestion et en supervision de l'entretien dans une installation de production (alimentaire, de préférence).
  • Solides compétences mécaniques et électriques
  • Familiarité avec la technologie automatisée de processus / emballage est un atout
  • Expérience de travail dans un programme d'entretien préventif informatisé, un atout
  • Maîtrise de l'informatique (Excel, Word, Outlook et expérience avec les systèmes ERP/BPCS).
  • Un décideur avec de solides compétences analytiques et de résolution de problèmes
  • Un leader avec d'excellentes compétences interpersonnelles, organisationnelles et de communication qui interagit facilement avec les autres et est apte à diriger et à motiver une équipe.

Role overview :

The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for the overall direction and guidance of the maintenance team in the daily planning and execution of preventive maintenance and repair of all production equipment. This position will also provide guidance to third-party contractors and work with the corporate maintenance team to ensure the necessary support for the bakery.

Your roles and responsibilities will include:

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by driving larger process improvements to achieve specific measurable goals.
  • Use information tools to seek opportunities to improve production line efficiencies, trends and bakery priorities.
  • Meet equipment reliability targets within budget.
  • Provide other problem troubleshooting services and identify outside support needed to resolve issues.
  • Provide technical leadership to ensure service and installation meet or exceed objectives.
  • Develop, maintain and enforce a training plan for all employees.
  • Ensure that required training is completed and recorded in training files.
  • Ensure that all aspects of equipment maintenance comply with food safety standards.
  • Comply with our Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) plan and SQF Level 2 certification requirements.
  • Establish and maintain a positive, cooperative environment for employees through effective communications between work teams, shifts and other functional areas.

Requirements and profile :

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Diploma of Collegial Studies (DEC) in a technical field.
  • At least 3-5 years' experience managing and supervising maintenance in a production facility (food preferred).
  • Strong mechanical and electrical skills
  • Familiarity with automated process/packaging technology an asset
  • Experience working in a computerized preventive maintenance program an asset
  • Computer literate (Excel, Word, Outlook and experience with ERP/BPCS systems).
  • A decision-maker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • A leader with excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills who interacts easily with others and is able to lead and motivate a team.
