Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook pizzas according to established recipes and standards.
  • Ensure all ingredients are fresh and properly stored.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.
  • Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the quality of meals served.
  • Assist in meal preparation for other menu items as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
  • Handle food items safely and responsibly, adhering to health regulations.

Skills

  • Previous experience in food preparation or cooking preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety practices and handling procedures.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with kitchen equipment and cooking techniques.
  • Experience in the food industry, particularly in pizza or similar cuisine, is a plus.
