IC Early Learning Center is a licensed childcare program in Burnaby with a strong focus on high-quality practice, teamwork, and professional standards.

To protect our classrooms' stability and ensure smooth onboarding, all new educators begin with a part-time schedule, with the option to transition into full-time as they become familiar with the program.

This approach works beautifully for both:

  • New graduates who want mentorship and gradual confidence-building
  • Experienced ECE / ECE-IT teachers who want to understand our routines before taking on full-time responsibilities

Your Responsibilities

  • Build caring relationships with infants/toddlers

Requirements:

  • BC ECE or ECE-IT Licence
  • CRC

Compensation & Schedule

  • ECE: $19–$20 /hr + Wage Enhancement
  • ECE-IT: $21–$23/hr + Wage Enhancement

(depending on certification and experience)

Schedule: Part-time to start(flexible)

Growth Path: Option to transition to full-time (35 hrs/week)

Days: Monday–Friday
