We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience as an industrial electrician or millwright, with strong knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, and electrical systems. Experience with injection molding, PLCs, and robotic programming is highly desirable. This role ensures efficient operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of production equipment and machinery.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment, including injection molding machines, robots, conveyors, and auxiliary systems.
  • Diagnose and repair electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
  • Troubleshoot and program PLCs and robotic systems to optimize machine performance.
  • Conduct regular inspections and ensure all equipment meets safety and operational standards.
  • Collaborate with production and engineering teams to identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records, including work orders, repairs, and parts inventory.
  • Assist in installation, relocation, and setting up of new equipment.
  • Respond to equipment breakdowns promptly to minimize downtime.
  • Working with outside vendors to align schedules and complete work as required per safety standards.

Qualifications

  • Industrial Electrician or Millwright certification.
  • Strong knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, and electrical systems.
  • Experience with injection molding machinery preferred.
  • PLC programming and troubleshooting experience required.
  • Robotic programming experience preferred.
  • Ability to read electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and technical manuals.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
