Our client, a well-established financial services provider in Canada, specializes in alternative lending and deposit investment products. They are known for their strong customer focus and a supportive, integrity-driven work culture.

On site in Toronto (downtown) required for first 3 weeks. Hybrid (2 days work from home) after successful completion of training and demonstration of competence in the role.

This is a bilingual (French & English) customer service role within a contact centre environment. The specialist will handle inbound calls, assist clients with mortgage and deposit-related inquiries, and ensure accurate and timely service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to inbound customer inquiries
  • Deliver best-in-class service across mortgage and deposit products
  • Resolve issues and escalate complaints within service standards
  • Maintain compliance with AML, KYC, and privacy regulations
  • Complete system updates and account maintenance as needed

Key Qualifications:

  • Bilingual in French & English (verbal and written)
  • 2+ years in customer service or contact centre environment
  • Working knowledge of mortgages and/or registered deposit products (TFSA, RRSP, RIF, GICs)
  • Post-secondary education in business or finance preferred
  • Strong communication, time management, and computer skills
