We're seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as the Deli Department Lead in Sharon. As the leader of our deli department, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our deli operations and delivering an exceptional customer experience.This position will provide approximately 44 hours per week, consisting of days, evening and weekend shifts. The hourly pay rate walking in on your first day could be as high as $17.60-$23.00 commensurate with experience and guided by our standardized and transparent compensation scale. We also have the opportunity for a terrific benefits program that could kick in three months after you're hired. Please note, that you must have full year round availability to be considered for this position – we're looking for long-term employees and not seasonal workers.
Team Leadership, Operational Excellence, Customer Service, Merchandising, Sales Management, Vendor Relations and Training and Development are all important parts of being in this role.
