Position Overview:

We are looking for a CNC Operator who possesses a strong background in operating Homag CNC machines and is proficient in Mozaik software. Key Responsibilities:

  • CNC Machine Operation:
  • Operate and maintain CNC machinery, particularly Homag equipment, to ensure precise and efficient production of teak wood products.
  • Conduct routine checks, troubleshoot issues, and perform preventive maintenance on CNC machines.
  • Mozaik Software Expertise:
  • Utilize Mozaik software to program CNC machines, optimize tool paths, and enhance overall production efficiency.
  • Stay updated on the latest software advancements and incorporate improvements into daily operations.
  • Job Acquisition and Commission Management:
  • Take an active role in identifying potential projects and clients within the industry.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to understand customer requirements and provide technical support during the bidding process.
  • Responsible for securing jobs and ensuring the successful completion of commissioned projects.
  • Quality Assurance:
  • Maintain a commitment to delivering high-quality teak wood products by adhering to established standards and specifications.
  • Perform quality checks and inspections to ensure products meet or exceed customer expectations.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a CNC Operator with expertise in operating Homag machinery.
  • Proficiency in Mozaik software for CNC programming.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot machinery issues.
  • Demonstrated ability to secure new projects and manage job commissions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Compensation:
