About the Role
As a Vendor Business Manager, you will be a strategic partner in driving business growth and strengthening vendor relationships-specifically with Lenovo's Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG). This dynamic role blends business development, financial analysis, and vendor management, with a strong focus on collaboration, innovation, and operational excellence.
You'll lead initiatives that align vendor strategies with TD SYNNEX's business priorities, while fostering inclusive partnerships and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.
What You'll Do:
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Achieve Business Goals: Lead Lenovo ISG business to meet fiscal year targets in revenue, market share, and profitability.
- Vendor Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships across all levels, negotiating favorable terms and incentives.
- Market Insights: Analyze market data to identify trends and opportunities that elevate Lenovo's brand and leverage TD SYNNEX's strengths.
- Solution Promotion: Champion Lenovo ISG solutions through sales enablement and reseller engagement initiatives.
- Strategic Execution: Design, implement, and report on initiatives that support strategic investments and business development priorities.
- Operational Excellence: Collaborate with internal and vendor stakeholders to resolve operational issues and drive process improvements.
Inventory Management:
- Lifecycle Oversight: Support SKU setup, rebate tracking, end-of-life notifications, and other administrative tasks.
- Vendor Collaboration: Lead weekly inventory calls to maintain healthy supply levels and address challenges.
- Promotion Execution: Implement promotions and rebates to drive sell-through and manage inventory risk.
Forecasting & Reporting:
- Pipeline Management: Collaborate with Business Development and Solution Architects to forecast and close large deals.
- Performance Reporting: Maintain and share metrics and insights through regular reporting cycles.
Cross-Functional Support:
- Sales Enablement: Assist the Business Development team with customer inquiries, pricing, and negotiations.
- Marketing Collaboration: Provide content and training materials to support sales and increase brand awareness.
- Engagement & Advocacy: Represent Lenovo ISG at events and presentations for sales teams and reseller partners.
What We're Looking For:
- 1-3 years of experience in server, storage, or enterprise technology.
- Proficiency in French-Canadian (spoken and written).
- Post-secondary education or equivalent experience in Sales, Marketing, Product, or Vendor Management.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting and data visualization tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI).
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
- Adaptability and resilience in navigating change and challenges.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Vos responsabilités:
Indicateurs de performance clés (KPI) :
- Atteinte des objectifs d'affaires : Diriger les activités de Lenovo ISG afin d'atteindre les cibles annuelles en matière de revenus, de part de marché et de rentabilité.
- Gestion des relations fournisseurs : Établir et maintenir des relations solides à tous les niveaux, en négociant des conditions et des incitatifs avantageux.
- Analyse du marché : Interpréter les données du marché pour identifier les tendances et les opportunités qui renforcent la marque Lenovo et mettent en valeur les atouts de TD SYNNEX.
- Promotion des solutions : Mettre de l'avant les solutions Lenovo ISG par des initiatives de mobilisation des ventes et des revendeurs.
- Exécution stratégique : Concevoir, mettre en œuvre et rendre compte des initiatives soutenant les investissements stratégiques et les priorités de développement des affaires.
- Excellence opérationnelle : Collaborer avec les parties prenantes internes et les fournisseurs pour résoudre les problèmes opérationnels et améliorer les processus.
Gestion des stocks :
- Suivi du cycle de vie : Soutenir la configuration des SKU, le suivi des rabais, les avis de fin de vie et autres tâches administratives.
- Collaboration avec les fournisseurs : Diriger les appels hebdomadaires sur les stocks pour maintenir un niveau d'approvisionnement sain et résoudre les défis.
- Exécution des promotions : Mettre en œuvre des promotions et des rabais pour stimuler les ventes et gérer les risques liés aux stocks.
Prévisions et rapports :
- Gestion du pipeline : Collaborer avec les équipes de développement des affaires et les architectes de solutions pour prévoir et conclure des ventes majeures.
- Rapports de performance : Maintenir et partager les indicateurs et les analyses dans le cadre de cycles de rapports réguliers.
Soutien interfonctionnel :
- Mobilisation des ventes : Appuyer l'équipe de développement des affaires dans les demandes des clients, la tarification et les négociations.
- Collaboration marketing : Fournir du contenu et du matériel de formation pour soutenir les ventes et accroître la notoriété de la marque.
- Engagement et représentation : Représenter Lenovo ISG lors d'événements et de présentations auprès des équipes de vente et des partenaires revendeurs.
Profil recherché:
- 1 à 3 ans d'expérience dans les technologies d'entreprise, les serveurs ou le stockage.
- Maîtrise du français canadien (oral et écrit).
- Formation postsecondaire ou expérience équivalente en vente, marketing, gestion de produits ou gestion de fournisseurs.
- Solides compétences analytiques et expérience avec les outils de visualisation de données et de rapports (p. ex. Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI).
- Esprit entrepreneurial avec une approche proactive et axée sur les solutions.
- Capacité d'adaptation et résilience face au changement et aux défis.
- Excellentes aptitudes en communication et en développement de relations.
