We are seeking new grads to join us at Canada Life in our Emerging Leaders Program.
About the Program
The Emerging Leaders Program is a 24-month accelerated leadership development program designed to prepare the next generation of Canada Life leaders. Through three eight-month rotations, you'll gain exposure to diverse business areas, work on key projects, and develop leadership skills under the guidance of senior leaders.

Complete three meaningful rotations in areas such as Operations, Wealth, Strategy, Sales, and Marketing.Contribute to impactful projects and initiatives that challenge and showcase your leadership.Participate in a tailored leadership learning program with curated content.Benefit from one-on-one mentoring with program and rotation managers.Collaborate with peers on a real-world business challenge and present recommendations to senior executives.Build your network and gain exposure to senior leaders across the organization.What We're Looking For
Recent undergraduates (within the past eighteen months) from a Canadian college or university.Strong academic performance in any discipline.Demonstrated leadership and community involvement through extracurricular activities, volunteering, or innovative projects.Passion for leadership, driving change, and making an impact.Eligible to work in Canada and available to start full-time in September 2026.Why Join Us

The base salary for this position is between $51,400 - $85,600 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc). If you are selected to move forward in our recruitment process, your recruiter will be able to discuss additional details of our total rewards program with you.
