About Us

Blume is a growing, therapist-led private practice in Windsor that specializes in early communication, autism, and complex language profiles. We work closely with Ontario Autism Program (OAP) families and offer play-based, individualized services that honour each child's strengths and needs. Our approach is grounded in connection, regulation, and collaboration.

What You'll Do

  • Provide engaging, neurodiversity-affirming speech and language therapy to children ages 1–10
  • Serve OAP and private-pay families with care that aligns with family goals and values
  • Complete assessments and write parent-friendly, goal-oriented reports
  • Collaborate with OTs, BCBAs, and other professionals as part of wraparound care
  • Provide supervision to SLPA and CDA as needed
  • Offer services in our cozy clinic space, with flexibility for home-based sessions

Who You Are

  • Registered and in good standing with CASLPO
  • Experienced or deeply interested in working with autistic children and gestalt language development
  • Grounded in child-led, play-based therapy approaches
  • Committed to neurodiversity-affirming, strengths-based practices
  • A clear and compassionate communicator who thrives in a team setting
  • Open to flexible scheduling (evenings and weekends are in high demand)

Bonus Points If You:

  • Have experience supporting children in the Ontario Autism Program
  • Use or are learning AAC, play-based assessment tools, and/or NLA-informed strategies
  • Love working alongside families to build skills in everyday routines
  • Are comfortable taking the lead with clients or co-creating new program offerings

Pay: $45.00-$48.00 per hour
