Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of sales processes, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English is mandatory to engage a diverse client base. Responsibilities

  • Prospect and generate new leads through telemarketing, networking, and market research
  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, presenting our products and services effectively
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients to foster long-term partnerships
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals aligned with client needs and company objectives
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that support business growth
  • Use CRM tools such as Salesforce to track interactions, manage pipelines, and report on sales activities
  • Assist in developing strategies for market expansion and customer acquisition
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally

Skills

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or technology sales
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish (preferred)
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms
  • Knowledge of marketing strategies and telemarketing techniques
  • Ability to understand technical products or services and convey complex information clearly
  • Customer service orientation with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Demonstrated ability to develop new business opportunities through strategic outreach
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

Pay per hour will be up for discussion during the interview process.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
