Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and skilled individual to join our team as a . Responsibilities

  • Prepare and bake a variety of food items, including cakes and pastries, according to established recipes and standards.
  • Decorate cakes with creativity and precision to meet customer specifications.
  • Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations and standards.
  • Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons and addressing their needs effectively.
  • Assist in packaging finished products for sale or delivery, ensuring presentation meets quality standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations and timely service delivery.
  • Participate in inventory management, including ordering supplies as needed.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in the food industry, particularly in baking or cooking roles.
  • Strong skills in cake decorating with an eye for detail and creativity.
  • Familiarity with food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
  • Knowledge of food safety practices and proper handling techniques.
  • Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
