**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and bake a variety of food items, including cakes and pastries, according to established recipes and standards.
- Decorate cakes with creativity and precision to meet customer specifications.
- Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations and standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons and addressing their needs effectively.
- Assist in packaging finished products for sale or delivery, ensuring presentation meets quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations and timely service delivery.
- Participate in inventory management, including ordering supplies as needed.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in the food industry, particularly in baking or cooking roles.
- Strong skills in cake decorating with an eye for detail and creativity.
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper handling techniques.
