Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated candidate to join the Cartel Crew. As a Team Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring food safety and quality standards are met. This position involves working in various areas of the operation which is open concept, including food preparation, taking orders & cashiering, guiding customers with their menu selection while maintaining a clean and organized environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests and taking their orders accurately.
  • Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for processing transactions efficiently.
  • Assist in food preparation and ensure all food handling procedures comply with safety regulations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization to promote a safe and sanitary environment.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
  • Manage time effectively to complete tasks promptly while maintaining quality standards.
  • Uphold food safety standards throughout the preparation and serving processes.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred but not required.
  • Familiarity with food handling practices and food safety regulations is a plus.
  • Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
  • A great attitude and willingness to learn new skills related to food preparation, cashiering, and kitchen operations.
