Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Vancouver, BC, for a Luxury Travel Concierge. The Luxury Travel Concierge will be responsible for providing concierge services, handling reservations, managing receptionist duties, and delivering exceptional customer service. Day-to-day tasks include assisting clients in planning and booking luxury travel experiences, ensuring all arrangements are made smoothly, and maintaining effective communication with clients to provide a seamless travel experience.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Concierge Services and Reservations
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Proficiency in Receptionist Duties and Customer Service
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for travel
  • Previous experience in the travel industry is a plus
  • Ability to work effectively on-site in Vancouver, BC
