What are we hiring for in our stores?
Seasonal Associates work in collaboration with the store teams to
Inspire a Life of Style
and provide extraordinary shopping experiences for our customers.  Seasonal Associate roles are available in the following areas (needs of each location and duties may vary):

Concierge & Reception:
Provide an excellent level of customer service to all clients acting as an ambassador, resolving standard customer services issues. Manage incoming inquiries and requests (in person at information kiosks) via phone or email and respond within 24 hours. Process gift cards

Giftwrapping:
Wrap customer purchases in accordance with the Holt Renfrew giftwrapping standards

Cashier:
Greet customers in a friendly & welcoming manner, using point of sale technology, ring up purchases, collect payment and provide customer receipt

Greeter:
Greet customers in a friendly & welcoming manner, answer general questions and provide direction to customers

Fitting Room Associate:
Maintain fitting room cleanliness, return stock to appropriate placement within store, assist sales staff with locating additional sizes

Requirements:

• Passionate about the brand and face to face customer service
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment as part of a team
• Attention to detail, ability to stand for periods of time and move about the store
• Ability to operate store POS technology (training provided)
• Ability to work a variety of shifts including mornings/afternoons/evenings/ weekends during the holiday season through late December

Hiring Range / Échelle salariale à l'embauche :

Final compensation for this position will be determined based on the candidate's unique skills, expertise, individual qualifications, and assessed contributions to the role following the completion of the interview process.
