My name is Jay & I'm the owner of First Step - Home Fitness (est here in London & area.

My business is a premium in-home personal training service - we essentially bring the workout equipment (as needed) and training regime to the client's home, & guide them 1-on-1 through a custom workout plan. Nutrition planning/Fitness assessments are available as needed too. We are now offering virtual sessions as well.

The clients are incredible & and the business has been growing, & I need some extra help I have seven awesome trainers working with me currently.

Part time for now, with absolutely the goal of being of full time down the road (with pay increases along the way). The hours are flexible, we'll find what hours work best for you

Pay raise is up to $30 within the first 3 months. Pay will also include a generous driving mileage stipend per client, added bonus to your pay check weekly. Driving distances are maxed at 30 minutes, and you can expect $5-$15 extra per client depending on the driving distance. Although obviously the goal is to have clients as close to you as possible.

I'll provide everything - equipment/apparel/software and more to make sure you're taken care of and comfortable. The first few weeks are shadowing and when you're ready to go solo, we'll do just that. It's a super enjoyable gig and at a relaxing pace. You'll need your own vehicle for transport of course, and I am looking for someone to help me with virtual training as well, so preference would be that you have a space that you are able to lead virtual workouts from home. Right now, I need a trainer on the NORTH end of London.
