Overview

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Warehouse Operator to join our team at B&J Warehousing. The ideal candidate has hands-on warehouse experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

This role involves handling shipping, receiving, picking, packing, and inventory management tasks to ensure smooth daily warehouse operations. Candidates with prior warehouse or logistics experience will be prioritized.

Mandarin-speaking ability is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Perform daily shipping and receiving of goods, including unloading and loading trucks.
  • Accurately pick, pack, and label orders according to customer requirements.
  • Use Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to record and track inventory.
  • Inspect incoming and outgoing products to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment safely (if certified).
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and improve workflow efficiency.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of warehouse or logistics experience required.
  • Experience with shipping, receiving, and inventory systems preferred.
  • Forklift license or experience operating warehouse equipment is an asset.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
  • Physically able to lift and move packages as needed.
  • Basic computer skills for inventory input and order tracking.
  • Mandarin communication skills preferred.
