Responsibilities:

  • Must be experienced at TIG welding aluminum
  • MIG welding aluminum boat lifts
  • Maintain welding equipment and perform routine maintenance for optimal performance
  • Collaborate with fabricators and engineers to ensure efficient workflow and uphold high-quality standards
  • Adhere to safety protocols and practices to create a safe work environment for yourself and others

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a MIG & TIG welder working with aluminum
  • Proficient in interpreting engineering drawings and specifications
  • Excellent attention to detail, consistently producing high-quality welds
  • Strong problem-solving ability
  • Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy materials (up to 50 pounds) and work in various positions for extended periods
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality
  • Forklift experience is an asset
