Position Summary:

The Associate is a sales professional with responsibility for new business development and major account management. The Sales Associate will identify requirements for Permanent IT professional staff. These opportunities are assumed by the Sales Associate, who in partnership with the recruitment team will recruit individuals to fill those placements and then manage the contracts. Job Description

Salary: Commission Based

Duties:

• Manage and undertake a Sales Cycle. 


• Effectively and positively manage the relationship with both clients and candidates. 


• Undertake personal business development and account management. 


• Effective client management by developing and maintaining business relationships by forming a better understanding of clients' needs through client site visits, presentations and follow-ups. 


• Contract negotiation with clients, and candidates.

Qualifications

Qualifications: 


• Previous experience in sales, account management 


• Understanding and experience in IT Staffing/professional services 


• Effective Communication skills 


• Customer Service Training 


• Ability to proficiently use MS Office suite programs
