About the Role
We're a fast-growing outdoor lighting company specializing in high-end landscape lighting and permanent LED lighting systems for residential and commercial properties. We're looking for motivated, reliable technicians who want more than just a job — people who want to grow with a company long-term.
If you have experience in construction, landscaping, labour, or other hands-on trades and enjoy working outdoors, this is a great opportunity.
Hiring to start on April 1st.
What You'll Be Doing
- Installing low-voltage landscape lighting systems
- Installing permanent exterior LED lighting
- Running and securing wiring, mounting fixtures, and setting up controllers
- Working on ladders and around homes safely and professionally
- Troubleshooting, repairs, and system adjustments
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional job site
- Representing the company professionally with customers
Schedule
- Approximately 9.5 months per year
- January & February off (seasonal downtime)
- Consistent work during the active season
- 8am-5pm Monday-Friday
Pay & Growth
- Starting at $21/hour
- Significant room for growth — $35-$40+/hour as skills, responsibility, and leadership grow
- Advancement opportunities as the company expands (lead technician, crew lead, etc.)
Who We're Looking For
- Motivated, eager workers who want to build skills and grow long-term
- 6 months experience in construction, landscaping, or other blue-collar trades.
- You do not need to be an electrical apprentice as we're doing low voltage lighting that doesn't require licensing.
- Comfortable working outdoors and on ladders
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and reliability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and your own vehicle is required
