We're looking for an experienced Retail Sales Representative who loves helping customers, enjoys commission selling, and wants to be part of something new and special from the ground up.

What You'll Do

  • Work schedule to include both Saturday and Sunday plus 3 weekdays.
  • Welcome customers and guide them through a personalized, pressure-free sales experience
  • Ask thoughtful questions to understand lifestyle, comfort needs, and sleep goals
  • Educate customers on mattresses, adjustable bases, pillows, and sleep accessories
  • Confidently recommend solutions that genuinely improve sleep and quality of life
  • Build trust, close sales, and contribute to individual and store sales goals
  • Follow up with customers before and after delivery to ensure a great experience
  • Maintain an inviting, organized showroom that reflects the Sleep Shop brand
  • Be an ambassador for our new Vancouver store—bringing energy, professionalism, and care to every interaction

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 5 years of retail sales experience
  • Proven success in commission-based selling
  • Experience selling furniture, mattresses, or home lifestyle products is a strong asset
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
  • Comfortable working toward sales targets while keeping the experience positive and honest
  • Reliable, professional, and excited to be part of a growing, family-owned business
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays as part of a retail schedule
