Sales Manager – Pharmacy Partnerships

Location: Pharmasave (Richmond, BC)

Employment Type: Full-Time

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Manager to lead our business development efforts across the lower mainland and GVRD. We are growing our services and are looking for a professional who can build long-term partnerships with hospitals, seniors' care facilities, and addictions & recovery programs.

This role is ideal for someone with strong healthcare relationship-building experience, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for helping organizations deliver better patient care through reliable pharmacy support.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Sales

  • Identify, pursue, and secure new pharmacy service contracts with hospitals, long-term care and assisted living facilities, and addictions treatment centres.
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to expand our institutional partnerships
  • Conduct outreach, cold calls, onsite meetings, and presentations to key decision-makers.

Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with administrators, directors of care, physicians, nurses, and clinical teams.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for organizational partners, ensuring excellent service and communication.

Market & Competitive Analysis.

  • Identify opportunities for service differentiation and growth

Internal Collaboration

  • Work closely with the pharmacy owner, pharmacists, and operations team to tailor solutions for each partner.
  • Support the development of marketing materials, proposals, and service agreements.

Qualifications

  • Experience in healthcare sales, pharmaceutical services, long-term care sales, or institutional partnership development (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of pharmacy operations, medication management, or clinical environments (asset).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, travel within and around Vancouver, and manage a pipeline of potential clients.
  • Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation.
