Sentis Market Research, Inc. is currently looking for an experienced interviewer for part-time, casual work, as a part of its remote call centre. We are looking for hours/week. Great for people who are in school or in need of supplemental income.

We are expanding and looking to add team members who are able to think quickly and adapt to project demands.

Right now, we are looking for candidates that can work 20-40 hours/week and have daytime/evening availability. Please note: This is a part-time/casual position, and scheduling will vary depending on project demands. There will be both busy and slower periods, so flexibility is key. You would also have to have reliable home internet. We do work remotely, but must have the ability to go to the office in the Brentwood area of Burnaby for training.

Responsibilities include:

Representing our company and clients in a polite and professional manner

Read the script verbatim in a consistent and neutral manner

Collecting and entering accurate information and feedback

Meeting qualitative and quantitative goals for each project worked on

Adhering to the code of conduct and confidentiality agreement

Must haves:

Evening and occaisional Saturday availability are an absolute must

Excellent English language skills

Minimum High School Education

Customer service experience

Strong computer, typing, and data entry skills

Strong analytical skills and the ability to think on your feet

Reliable Internet

Assets:

Additional languages

Experience with on-site surveys or canvassing

Volunteer experience

Job Types: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $19.25-$19.75 per hour

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Burnaby, BC
