Overview

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Manager to provide contract-based(6-8 Month Term), support to their director-level and Executive leadership team. This role will be key in ensuring multiple project timelines (technical and non-technical), priorities, and deliverables remain on track while also providing critical follow-up and communication support across multiple stakeholders. Remote and Hybrid options are available depending on location and team needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and track project tasks, timelines, and deliverables to ensure progress against milestones.
  • Act as a point of coordination between executives, directors, and team members to maintain alignment.
  • Proactively identify issues, ask the right questions, and propose solutions to keep projects moving forward.
  • Support executive leaders with follow-up on action items, ensuring accountability across teams.
  • Facilitate clear and professional communication—both written and verbal—with multiple stakeholders.
  • Provide concise project updates and reports to leadership as needed.
  • Ensure documentation and project information is organized and accessible.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 5+ Years proven experience in project management with the PMP Designation being a definite asset.
  • Experience with supporting / managing technology implementations (Learning Management Systems an asset) as well as non-technology projects.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and spoken) with experience engaging Director and Executive-level leaders.
  • Self-starter with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
  • Skilled in fostering collaboration and maintaining strong relationships across diverse teams.
  • Comfortable working independently while keeping leadership informed and aligned.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, MS Project, or similar) is preferred.
