Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage projects from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, resource allocations, and risk management strategies.
  • Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, QA, business stakeholders, and leadership.
  • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular status meetings, report project progress, and escalate risks or issues proactively.
  • Ensure adherence to project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid models).
  • Manage budgets, track project expenses, and maintain financial accountability.
  • Identify project risks and roadblocks, creating mitigation and contingency plans.
  • Facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, stand-up meetings, and other Agile ceremonies as needed.
  • Oversee documentation including project charters, requirements, timelines, and post-implementation reports.
  • Foster strong communication and collaboration across teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and business expectations.

Pay: $70,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
