We're looking for an Outside Phone Sales Representative to own outbound outreach to past clients, warm leads, cold leads, and strategic partnerships (realtors, property managers, remodelers, and other local businesses). Your mission: fill the owner's calendar with high-quality meetings and opportunities.
This is a hunter role—not customer service, not admin.

What You'll Do
Outbound Calling & Follow-Up
- Call past clients, warm leads, old estimates, and neglected inquiries
- Re-engage previous customers to drive repeat and referral business
- Work old leads into new appointments
- Follow up consistently to convert interest into booked meetings
Strategic Partner Outreach
- Call realtors, property managers, designers, contractors, and trade partners
- Pitch value and book coffee meetings for the owner
- Build and maintain a reliable referral network
Pipeline Growth & Lead Generation
- Hit daily/weekly outreach targets
- Track calls, conversations, appointments, and results accurately
- Submit leads immediately and keep CRM notes updated
Relationship Building
- Strengthen trust with past clients
- Represent A+ Painting Inc. professionally at all times

Requirements
- Strong, clear communication skills
- Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling
- Strong follow-up, CRM discipline, and note-taking
- Able to work independently without micromanagement
- Tech-savvy (CRM, Google Suite or MS Office)
- Consistency, resilience, and drive
- A genuine desire to earn based on results
Compensation
This role is built for high performers.
- Base hourly compensation
- Plus commissions on:
- Qualified leads generated
- Appointments booked
- Jobs booked / reactivated
- No earning cap
- High-achievers can earn significantly above standard Inside Sales roles
