Ce que tu feras

• Gérer et résoudre des tickets de support Niveau 1 pour les end-user
• Offrir du support pour les ordinateurs, portables, imprimantes et appareils mobiles
• Assister à la gestion et au dépannage de Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint)
• Utiliser des outils RMM pour surveiller les systèmes, appliquer des mises à jour et effectuer du dépannage de base
• Participer à des tâches liées à la cybersécurité :
• Support sur les outils de protection (antivirus, EDR, MFA, etc.)
• Bonnes pratiques de sécurité pour les utilisateurs
• Apprendre comment fonctionnent les réseaux et environnements TI d'entreprise
• Documenter les interventions et solutions dans le système de tickets
• Travailler avec des techniciens plus expérimentés et apprendre sur le terrain

Le profil que nous recherchons

• Tu as envie d'apprendre et de progresser
• Tu as des connaissances de base en Office 365 ou tu es prêt à apprendre rapidement
• Tu comprends les bases du support informatique ou tu veux les maîtriser
• Tu es curieux des outils RMM et de la cybersécurité
• Tu as un bon sens du service client et tu sais bien communiquer
• Tu es autonome, motivé et passionné par l'IT et la technologie

Atouts

• Expérience en support informatique, help desk ou projets scolaires
• Connaissances de base en réseautique
• Intérêt marqué pour la cybersécurité
• Certifications (CompTIA A+, Microsoft Fundamentals, sécurité) sont un plus, mais pas requises

What You'll Do

• Handle and resolve Level 1 support tickets for end users
• Provide day-to-day support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
• Assist with Microsoft Office 365 setup, management, and troubleshooting (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint)
• Use RMM tools to monitor systems, apply updates, and perform basic troubleshooting
• Get hands-on exposure to cybersecurity tasks, including:
• Basic security monitoring
• Supporting security tools such as antivirus, EDR, MFA, and endpoint protection
• Helping enforce security best practices for end users
• Learn how business networks and IT environments are designed, managed, and supported
• Work alongside senior technicians and learn on the job
• Document issues, solutions, and procedures in the ticketing system

Who You Are

• Curious, motivated, and willing to learn
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, or eager to learn quickly
• Familiar with IT support concepts or excited to develop them
• Interested in RMM tools, networking, and cybersecurity
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
• Organized, reliable, and passionate about technology

Nice to Have

• Any experience in IT support, help desk, or school projects
• Basic networking knowledge
• Strong interest in cybersecurity
• Entry-level certifications (CompTIA A+, Microsoft Fundamentals, Security-related certs) are a plus, but not required

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
