Role

Reporting directly to the CEO, the
Operations Lead
will be at the heart of OssKin's growth — optimizing systems, improving efficiency, and driving cross-departmental success. You'll lead strategic initiatives, streamline workflows, and ensure we scale smartly — on time, on budget, and with excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and timely delivery.
  • Manage vendors and contracts, negotiating terms that optimize costs and reliability.
  • Streamline systems and processes to boost productivity and reduce expenses.
  • Partner with leadership on strategy, planning, and cost-saving initiatives.
  • Coordinate with sales, engineering, production and service teams for smooth project execution.
  • Track KPIs, prepare performance reports, and identify risks and improvement opportunities.
  • Maintain dashboards and documentation to monitor projects and performance.
  • Deliver and execute various special projects

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in
    business, operations, or a related field
    , or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years
    in operations, project management (experience in tech and growth start-up companies a plus).
  • Proven record of driving efficiency, automated workflows, and implementing cost-saving solutions.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Proficient with
    Office 365; Jira, Mural, , Notion or Asana
    preferred.
  • Hands-on, adaptable, entrepreneurial, and growth-oriented
    mindset.
