Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team If you like working with people and have a naturally friendly disposition, you will love this job Your main responsibilities will be to provide positive customer service, cash management, and be a new member of our awesome team.

Responsibilities and Duties

 Managing transactions using Point Of Sale

 Ensuring product pricing is accurate

 Handle merchandise returns and exchanges

 Restocking product and repackaging bulk food

 Helping customers locate product in store

 Process phone pick-up orders

 Other duties as required

Qualifications and Skills

 Minimum one year of experience in Customer Service.

 Knowledgeable of health food and dietary restrictions

 Lift up to 40 lbs as needed

 Friendly and customer satisfaction-oriented

 Available weekends and evenings

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $17.60 per hour
