Lifestyle Enclave — a luxury apartment community in Upper Hammonds Plains — is seeking a motivated and professional Leasing Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, organized, and driven to help future residents find their perfect home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins
  • Reach out to potential tenants and maintain active follow-ups on leads
  • Conduct property tours and highlight Lifestyle Enclave's amenities and features
  • Guide applicants through the leasing process and ensure all paperwork is completed accurately
  • Coordinate with property management and marketing teams to maintain occupancy goals
  • Maintain a professional and welcoming leasing environment

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in leasing or property management is a must
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM or leasing software is an asset
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

  • Calling/ Reaching out to leads

Manage the leasing process from initial inquiry through to lease signing.

  • Conduct property tours and showcase available units to prospective tenants.
  • Maintain accurate records of tenant applications, leases, and related documents.
  • Data entry, filing, and customer relationship management.
  • Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with the property management team to ensure properties are well-maintained and presented.
  • Assist in marketing efforts to attract new tenants through various channels.
  • Utilize effective negotiation skills to secure leases while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in office administration or property management is a must.
  • Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting targets.
  • Excellent customer service abilities with a focus on building relationships.
  • Proficient in Yardi or similar property management software is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CMMS systems is advantageous.
  • Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills are required.
  • Ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently while maintaining organized filing systems.
