Job Overview Join CAPREIT’s talent pool for the Leasing Specialist role. As a frontline liaison, you will build strong relationships with residents, address their concerns, and maintain overall satisfaction. Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for residents, ensuring exceptional service and prompt issue resolution. Own the complete leasing process from initial inquiry through new resident onboarding, proactively monitoring vacancies and achieving leasing targets. Collect payments, inspect properties, facilitate resident moves, and manage maintenance requests. Qualifications 1‑2 years of experience in customer service, sales, office administration, or a related field. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Well‑developed oral and written communication abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office; knowledge of property‑management software is an asset. Availability to work evenings and weekends as required. Proven ability to address concerns and meet performance targets. Strong problem‑solving and negotiation skills. Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast‑paced environment. Valid driver’s licence and reliable personal transportation. Benefits Competitive base salary.
