The Digital Product Manager role is responsible for driving the planning and lead the delivery of key platform functionality such as new features, enhancements, architectural development, and reporting & analytics, that deliver value across Digital channels.
What You'll Do
- Own a product backlog and ensure they are prioritized to continuously remove customer friction and drive business value.
- Own the end-to-end customer experience for account and card management journeys
- Lead product discovery working through sophisticated problems to generate ideas and solutions
- Partner with colleagues across all levels of the organization to identify business challenges and gain alignment on requirements & roadmap
- Actively seek customer feedback, behaviors and analytics.
- Run and own research on the customer as well as the market in order to build truly customer first solutions.
- Active participant in scrum ceremonies such as refinement, story pointing, sprint planning and demos.
- Define and implement a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) balancing between the digital strategy, execution of new features, and continuous optimization.
- Be accountable for driving key metrics forward
- Manage multiple and sometimes conflicting timelines.
What You Bring
- The successful candidate will hold a university degree, preferably in Business or Engineering
- Minimum of 3-5 years of digital product management and agile/scrum experience.
- Experience with agile/scrum software development methodology.
- Flexibility to partner with stakeholders across all levels within and outside the organization.
- Able to dive in to a problem area to pull insights and generate creative solutions.
- Proficient presentation, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with analytics tools (Adobe, Google Analytics), agile project management tools (Jira and/or Miro) and remote user testing.
- Experience in experimentation and A/B testing
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic group.
