Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Workforce Planning Analyst to join our dynamic finance team. This role is integral to supporting financial strategies, analyzing data, and ensuring effective financial planning processes across the organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, experience with various HRIS and payroll systems, and excellent communication abilities to collaborate across departments. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to organizational growth through data-driven insights and effective project management.

Duties

  • Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning initiatives.
  • Analyze financial data using tools such as Workday, Dayforce, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, and PeopleSoft to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with HR and talent acquisition teams utilizing systems like UltiPro, iCIMS, Lever, and HRIS platforms for workforce planning and talent management strategies.
  • Assist in change management initiatives related to financial processes or system implementations such as HRIS upgrades or payroll system transitions like ADP or Kronos.
  • Support payroll analysis and reconciliation activities ensuring accuracy across systems like ADP, Ceridian, or UltiPro.
  • Collect and interpret data related to employee relations, HR sourcing, training & development programs, and recruitment metrics.
  • Prepare detailed reports for senior management on financial performance metrics and operational efficiencies.
  • Participate in project management efforts for system integrations or upgrades involving platforms such as Salesforce or Oracle HCM.
  • Maintain accurate data entry within various HRIS systems while ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
  • Contribute to process improvements in human resources management, payroll administration, and administrative workflows.

Requirements

  • Proven experience with HRIS systems including Workday, Dayforce, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, PeopleSoft, UltiPro, Kronos, Ceridian, or iCIMS.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of change management principles related to system implementations or process improvements.
  • Familiarity with payroll systems such as ADP or Kronos is highly desirable.
  • Experience in data collection, analysis, and reporting related to human resources functions including employee relations and talent acquisition.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration across departments and presenting complex data clearly.
  • Background in recruiting processes or ATS platforms like Lever or iCIMS is a plus.
  • Administrative experience with data entry accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently while managing deadlines effectively in a fast-paced environment. This position is paid and offers a vital role in shaping the organization's financial strategies through comprehensive analysis and cross-functional collaboration.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $27.77-$50.77 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
